Manage Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and revenue growth.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Develop and manage annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
As Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) Facilitating NBFCs smooth functioning in entire financial matters of the Company & Entire responsibility of Fund Management, NCDs, NCD Public issues SDs, Bank Loans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for NBFC CFO:
1. Return on Assets (ROA): Measure of profitability relative to the company's total assets.
2. Return on Equity (ROE): Indicator of profitability relative to shareholder's equity.
3. Net Interest Margin (NIM): Measure of the difference between interest income and interest expenses.
