Job Title: HR Recruitment Manager

Industry: Financial Services

Location: Ernakulam

Education: Degree/PG in Human Resources

Experience: Min. 5 years in core recruitment, preferably Financial Industry

Salary: As per industry standards

Food & Accommodation: No

Interview mode: Face to face at Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement

- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective solutions

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a high level of customer service

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

- PG in Human Resources 

- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry

- Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
