Job Summary:
We are seeking a retired police officer for a leading NBFC in the Vigilance Office team. As a Vigilance Officer, you will utilize your expertise and experience to ensure the security and integrity of the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigations, monitoring activities, and providing guidance to management on vigilance-related matters for eg: mainly into lending and borrowing matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and other irregularities
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare investigation reports
- Monitor and review activities to prevent fraudulent practices and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide guidance and advice to management on vigilance-related matters
- Develop and implement effective vigilance strategies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal audit teams and other departments to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior staff on vigilance and security best practices
Requirements:
- Retired police officer (Minimum SI or CI rank and above)
- Proven experience in investigation, intelligence gathering, and security management
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to fraud, corruption, and security
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in local language
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Working Conditions:

- Use of computer and phone for extended periods
