Job Summary:
The Sales Head will lead the entire South Indian sales team in promoting and selling radio imaging devices, such as MRI machines, CT scanners, and X-ray machines, to healthcare facilities. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the equipment.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
