Job Title: Sales Head - Highly Radioactive Imaging equipment

Job location: South India

Job Summary:

The Sales Head will lead the entire South Indian sales team in promoting and selling radio imaging devices, such as MRI machines, CT scanners, and X-ray machines, to healthcare facilities. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the equipment.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the highly radioactive imaging equipment (mandatory)
