For a leading Home Appliances Manufacturer and Dealer in Malappuram

Education: MBA (HR) or related field.

Experience: Min. 2 years in managing end-to-end payroll processes.

Budget: Up to 35k/month

Long Term commitment is needed

Computer proficiency.  HRMS experience is an added advantage.

Role Summary:

·       Manage end-to-end payroll processing.

·       Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, and deductions.

·       Stay updated on relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

·       Coordinate with various teams for effective payroll processing.

·       Maintain confidentiality in handling payroll information.

·       Statutory Liabilities: Handle statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.

·       Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay current on regulatory changes.
