Position: Customer Care - Email Process

Location: Kochi

Total vacancies: 02

Education: Minimum Graduation

Experience: Freshers /Experience with Hindi & English proficiency

Language: Should speak English and Hindi fluently 

Salary: 22K/month CTC for Freshers and decent Hike from current salary for Experience persons

Gender: Any

Saturdays and Sundays are off except 1st Saturday

Working hours is: 9:30AM to 6PM

Nature of job:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email.
• Resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer detailed explanations through email correspondence.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
