Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, content marketing, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase
brand awareness and student enrollments.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email
marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
• Social Media & Content Marketing
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
YouTube, Twitter) to engage with potential students.
• Develop and publish engaging content (blogs, videos, webinars, testimonials)
to attract and educate prospective students.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers for high-quality creatives and copy.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
• Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and email drip campaigns for
nurturing leads.
• Track and analyze lead performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure
effective follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales/admissions team to align marketing efforts with
enrollment goals.
• SEO & Website Management
• Optimize the company website for SEO, page speed, and user experience to
improve organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO audits.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other
tools.
• Paid Advertising & Budget Management
• Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook & Instagram
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Keep up with trends in digital marketing and the study abroad industry.
• Analyze competitor marketing strategies and propose improvements
