delivery to students and drives business growth through effective team

Strategic Planning & Business
Growth
- Develop
and implement strategic initiatives to grow the New Zealand education
vertical.
- Set
annual goals, budgets, and KPIs aligned with overall company objectives.
- Expand
and maintain strong relationships with New Zealand universities, ITPs, and
private training establishments.

Team Leadership & Operational
Management
- Lead,
guide, and motivate a team of counsellors, admissions officers, and
support staff.
- Ensure
the team delivers exceptional counselling, application, and visa support
services.
- Maintain
operational excellence through regular reviews, audits, and training.

Student Recruitment & Counselling
- Oversee
student journey from initial enquiry to pre-departure, ensuring quality
and compliance.
- Supervise
and support counsellors to match students with suitable courses and
institutions.
- Ensure
accurate documentation, adherence to visa protocols, and timely
application processing.

Institutional Liaison & Partnerships
- Act
as the primary point of contact for New Zealand partner institutions.
- Manage
communications, training sessions, and updates with institutional
partners.
- Ensure
timely reporting and compliance with partnership agreements.

Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate
with marketing to design and execute campaigns targeted at prospective
students.
- Represent
the organization at education fairs, seminars, and virtual events focused
on New Zealand.
- Drive
lead generation and student engagement activities for the vertical.

Compliance & Reporting
- Stay
updated on changes in New Zealand immigration, visa, and education
policies.
- Ensure
full compliance with legal and institutional requirements.
- Generate regular performance and MIS reports for
senior leadership.
