Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Overseeing the
entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring
new staff.
- Training and
Development: Developing
and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and
knowledge.
- Performance Management: Evaluating
employee performance, providing feedback, and developing improvement
plans.
- Compensation and
Benefits: Managing
salary structures, benefits packages, and payroll.
- Employee Relations: Addressing
employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work
environment.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence
to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Strategy: Contributing to
the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the
organization's goals.
- Data Analysis: Using HR data to
identify trends, make recommendations, and support decision-making.
- Policy Development: Developing and implementing
HR policies and procedures.
- Team Management: In some cases,
managing a team of HR professionals.
In addition to these core responsibilities, an HR Manager
may also be involved in:
- Legal compliance: Ensuring the
organization's HR practices adhere to all relevant laws and
regulations.
