A well-known tour and travel company requires:

Position: Assistant Manager – Tours (Ladies-Only Tour Operations)

Gender Preference: Female

Salary Range: 30,000 to 35,000/Month

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tours and travel operations.

Role Objective:

To independently manage and coordinate all aspects of women-exclusive tour packages, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and satisfaction for female travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and curate tour itineraries tailored for women travelers.

Manage end-to-end tour operations including vendor coordination, bookings, and logistics.

Act as a point of contact for all ladies-only tours.

Ensure high standards of customer experience and safety.

Handle pre-tour briefings, documentation, and follow-ups.

Address and resolve customer queries or grievances promptly.

Work closely with marketing to promote ladies-only packages.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience managing women-focused tours will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel if required.
