A well-known tour and travel company requires:

Position: Assistant Manager–Tours (FIT Operations)

Location: Kochi

Gender Preference: Male or Female

Salary Range: 30,000 to 35,000/month

Education: Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or relevant field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in FIT operations or similar profile.

Role Objective:

To manage FIT (Free Independent Traveler) tour operations, creating customized travel experiences as per client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end FIT inquiries and bookings (individual travelers, families, or small groups).

Create personalized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.

Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport, and guides.

Ensure seamless execution of all services booked.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.

Ensure client satisfaction and manage feedback.

Support the sales and business development team with creative travel solutions.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, pricing, and customization.

Proficiency in itinerary building and travel CRM tools.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.

General Skills Required for Both Roles:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

High level of professionalism, responsibility, and ownership.

Fluent in English and regional language(s).
