Position: Audit Executive (NBFC)

Location: Chittur Road, Ernakulam (Only Kochi/Ernakulam native can apply)

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC Audit

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: Up to 20k/month

Job Description

1. Collect the daily attendance of all auditors attached under their control and mail the consolidated status to Audit & Recovery Dept.

2. Submit a monthly consolidated leave report to corporate office before 05th of the succeeding month.

3. Process the soft copies of annexure to all audit reports submitted by the Audit Officials.

4. Record the major irregularities in a spreadsheet branch wise as per the format;

5. Send first letter to concerned branches pointing out the irregularities Forward the consolidated major irregularities report requiring urgent steps to Corporate Office for taking up with concerned departments.

6. Record the receipt of hard copies of Audit reports and diarize the due dates for Submission of FRCs as per the format

7. Follow up through AM where replies are not received within the time frame.

8. Make daily follow-up of serious irregularities like cash shortage, spurious gold, packet missing, low qualities etc reported in gold verification reports and submit daily status report to Corporate Office in their daily reports. Collect FRCs & Reply for Audit reports and submit to Corporate Office.
