Desktop/IT support engineer - *Be the single point of contact for the entire region for IT related matters and liaison with respective teams in HO, local vendors to ensure availability of all required IT systems to enable smooth business operations at branches.
*To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor, and maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
