Job Details

· Minimum graduation is required from recognized university.

· 10 years of experience working for microfinance or NBFC, or small value loans, small loan, micro loans, etc. at the lead level, as well as being an Area Manager for 1 year.

· Able to handle a minimum of 5+BH team and team members, by establishing regular follow-ups, and take accountability to achieve the targets.

· Build Strategic relationships with prospects and existing clients.

· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

· Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

· Availability to travel as needed

· Connect with operation department and lead the team with the compliance
