 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years with NBFC software development) in developing ASP.NET applications

Design and Development:

•  Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET technologies (e.g., ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core).

•  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C#, SQL, and other relevant languages.
•  Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and visions.
•  Design and implement database structures and data access layers.

Leadership and Mentorship:
•  Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and expertise.
•  Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Problem-Solving and Optimization:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the application.
•  Optimize application performance through code refactoring, caching, and database optimizations.
•   Ensure the security and reliability of the application.

Technology Proficiency:
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
•  Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core).
•  Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
•  Experience with web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
