Min 1 year experience as academic counsellor or similar role preferably from study abroad industry

• Assist students with inquiries about study abroad programs.
• Guide students through application and admission processes.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions for smooth processing.
• Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally.
• Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in student counseling or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus
• Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
