Saturdays and Sundays are off

Should be willing to travel across India as and when a new branch is planned to open.
Job Overview
The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of office space. This includes creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet company needs while adhering to building codes and regulations. Will collaborate with company stakeholders, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Should be willing to travel across India as and when a new branch is planned to open.
Design
Development:
Creating
detailed architectural plans and designs for commercial buildings, including
both interior and exterior spaces.
Space Planning:
Optimizing the layout of spaces to maximize functionality and efficiency,
considering factors like workflow, accessibility, and ergonomics.
Code Compliance:
Ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations,
and accessibility standards.
Material Selection:
Researching and selecting appropriate building materials, finishes, and
fixtures that align with the design concept and budget.
Construction Supervision:
Overseeing construction activities to ensure the project is built according to
the approved plans and specifications, addressing any issues that arise during
construction.
Coordination:
Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals
to ensure seamless integration of all building systems and components.
Project Management:
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are
completed on time and within budget.
