Position: HR Manager

Industry: Retail Sector (Import, distribution, and marketing of sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning solutions across India).

Location: Edappally, Kochi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred MBA/PGDM in HR.

Experience: Min 2 yrs experience in similar role preferably from a Pharma /FMCG background.

Salary: 40k/month + statutory benefits

Job Overview:

An HR Manager oversees all human resource functions across regions, ensuring smooth operations and a motivated workforce. They act as a bridge between corporate HR policies and on-ground retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Hire staff and regional personnel, often under tight timelines and seasonal pressures

• Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive work culture

• Training & Development: Conduct training on customer service, compliance, and career growth

• Performance Management: Implement review systems, track KPIs, and support improvement plans

• Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies

• Payroll & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies

• Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals, especially during expansion or restructuring
