Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle documentation including contracts, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate procurement of construction materials and verify deliveries.
• Facilitate communication between the site team, office team, and management.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Support in budget monitoring and cost control.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate the projects works
• Coordinate with project team consultants and contractors
• Monitor the project status and reports to the management.
• Ensure the quality of purchase.
• Finalize the materials with the purchase department.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns, and communicate them effectively to the project team.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, site visits, and handover processes
• Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
