Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or after-sales operations.

Skills

Experience in coordinating with service partners, logistics teams, and technical teams for resolving service-related issues.  

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
