Any Degree or Diploma

Min 4yrs-5yrs experience in Food safety or ISO certification.

• Identifying training needs.
• Preparation of training Plan/calendar and Promotion content.
• Ensure the training promotions are in place.
• Booking training dates with the tutor & follow ups with the tutor.
• Training delivery- Onsite & Online trainings
• Organize and conduct examinations-HABC, Management systems trainings.
• Documentation and uploading of training documents.
• Ensuring the participation
• Communication with tutors and participants
• Client visits and call to Maintaining customer relationship
• Collection of customer feedback and analysis.
• BRCGS & FoSTaC Course Booking
• BRCGS & HACCP (Online & Offline) exam invigilation.
• Document uploading- Management systems trainings & FoSTaC.
• Preparation and Issuance of HABC purchase order
• Follow-up for results.
• Learner Concerns and other Communications.
• Make sure the Certificate issuance for Highfield courses, Management systems courses and organizational trainings.
• Record Keeping
• Update department KPI
• R & D activities- project execution, documentation, guidance, training and allocation of trainings to operations and training manager.
• Other tasks assigned by the management and reporting manager.
