The language proficiency requirements for the outbound calling positions are as follows:
English+Hindi, and Tamil/Telugu/Kananda
These language skills are crucial in ensuring effective communication with customers in different regions and languages.
The Customer service associate will be responsible to do service related calls to the customers.
