For a reputed Stock Broking and Financial Services Company requires:

Position: Manager-Recruitment

Location: Anywhere in India

Reporting location: Any Regional Office 

Gender: Any

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Min. 5-6 years of core recruitment especially in bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives. Should have excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

Salary: Up to 70k/month + TA & DA + other statutory benefits

Immediate joiners or max. 30 days of notice period

Age Max. 40 years

Interview: Final face to face interview at Kochi, Kerala

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager-Recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience. Must be experienced in bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Support in bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
• Assist with other HR operations and engagement activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min. 5-6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives).
• Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver under deadlines.
• Must be smart, efficient and like to travel
