About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Academic Counsellor / Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines student counselling, sales, and strategic partnership development with educational institutions.

You will play a key role in guiding students toward the right biomedical training programs and also expand our Academy’s footprint by forming alliances with colleges, universities, and technical institutes.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for Ademy’s training programs.

• Drive institutional sales by partnering with colleges, universities, and training institutes.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, and learners.

• Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings.

• Maintain sales reports and update CRM.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years experience in any sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel if required.
