Salary: 12lpa + Incentives + other allowances

Job Overview:

Hiring Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience in the real estate or builders industry in Kozhikode (Calicut), the role typically focuses on high-level strategic planning, brand elevation, and high-volume lead generation for large-scale residential and commercial projects. 

Role Objective

Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for premium residential and commercial projects, driving brand awareness and high-quality lead conversion to support aggressive sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and own the marketing vision for project launches, including budget planning and ROI tracking.
• Demand Generation: Oversee multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, and email) specifically for the Kerala and NRI markets.
• Brand & Content Management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and manage the creation of high-end collateral like brochures, virtual tours, and project videos.
• Offline & On-Ground Activation: Plan and execute outdoor branding (hoardings, signage), real estate exhibitions, and local roadshows in and around Kozhikode.
• Channel Partner Engagement: Build and manage relationships with local real estate brokers and channel partners to boost sales reach.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and customer trend analysis in the Calicut market to optimize pricing and promotional tactics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to RERA guidelines and ethical standards.
