Project Maintenance Engineer Wanted in Calicut!

We're hiring a Project Maintenance Engineer with a Degree in Civil (1 yr exp) or Diploma in Civil (3 yrs exp) for a great opportunity in Calicut! 😊

Interview mode: Face to face at Calicut

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage projects, focusing on interior maintenance

- Coordinate with vendors like Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, etc.

- Prepare BOQ and coordinate with technicians and contractors

- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks

- Willing to travel across sites

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil (1 yr exp) or Diploma in Civil (3 yrs exp)

- Experience in Interior maintenance and vendor coordination

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
