Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact between the corporate office, branches/Channel Partners to ensure seamless communication and workflow.  

• Assist branches in resolving operational issues and ensure adherence to company processes and policies.  

• Monitor daily business activities, transactions, and branch performance to ensure smooth operations.  

• Ensure timely execution of business processes and compliance with internal guidelines.

• Data analyses, maintaining digital platforms and collaborating with cross functional team  

• Maintain and update data related to business performance, branch activities, and operational efficiency.  

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to management as and when required.  

• Assist in streamlining and improving business processes for better efficiency.

• Provide operational support to branches for new initiatives and product rollouts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure process optimization.  

• Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Have a good understanding of the digital tools and APIs used in the Non-Banking financial sectors.

• Oversee and optimize the digital platforms and initiative, ensuring smooth operations and managing digital process.
