The role of a Kitchen Appliances Plant Operations Head involves overseeing the entire plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing both human and material resources efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations in the plant facility, ensuring compliance with company goals and objectives.
• Ensuring safety and efficiency of the facility by following safe practices at all levels.
• Managing manpower and optimizing resources for various plant operating functions such as production, finance, quality, planning, maintenance, purchase, and logistics.
• Driving continuous improvements to deliver operational efficiencies and enhanced compliance standards.
• Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies and contingency plans.
• Planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment.
• Meeting cost objectives of the division and achieving gross margin targets.
• Liaising with government agencies for smooth functioning of the plant. 

The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of kitchen appliances and should have extensive experience in running a kitchen appliance plant.
