Qualification: Degree/Diploma in any discipline 

Experience: Min 5-10 years in sales profession and min. 1 year in sales training preferably in Jewellery or in retail sector.

Salary: A decent hike from present salary for right candidate + food and accommodation

Languages: Must have proficiency in English & Kannada. It is an added advantage can handle Malayalam & Tamil languages.

Job Description:

We're looking for a Sales Trainer to join an international Jewellery company in Mangalore. You'll design and deliver sales training programs for the sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service. You'll also monitor training effectiveness and drive sales growth.

Key Requirements:

- Min 5-10 years in sales profession and min. 1 year in sales training preferably in Jewellery or in retail sector.

- Must have proficiency in English & Kannada. If can handle Malayalam & Tamil languages is added advantage. 

- Experience in Jewellery/retail a plus
