1.Communicate daily plan and achievement to ASM/ZM/SH
2.Route Visit Plan
3.Counter Mapping
Counter Visit
1.Daily Sales target – as per plan
2.Punch Counter visit in SFA and update sales order in SFA
3.Counter Stock Checks
4.Order Creation (Secondary Sales) – Stock gaps + Better fit SKUs
5.Ensure Timely Delivery to Counters
6.Track Fast/Slow Moving Products – anticipate problems.
7.Map Merchandising Needs (For Slow Moving)
Manage Counter Relationship
1.Build Relationship with target counters.
2.Plan counter activity time
3.Manage counter outstanding.
4.Resolve Complaints
5.Educate counter on specific customer promotions.
