Position: Manager- Talent Acquisition

Location: Kochi (Pan India hiring exposure)

Salary as per industry standards.

Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

* Own end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

* Handle high-volume and replacement hiring across India

* Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs

* Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring metrics

* Lead and mentor a recruitment team

* Drive employer branding initiatives

Requirements::

* A post graduate in HR

* Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

* Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring

* Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools

* Experience in healthcare/medical hiring is an added advantage
