Position: Assistant Manager – E Commerce - KSA
Job Location: Malappuram or Ernakulam
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Min. 5+ Year experience in Ecommerce handling with Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Cartlow etc.
Salary Range: 70k-80k/month + incentives + statutory benefits
Interview mode: Final level interview face to face at Malappuram
Position Overview:
• Improving and maintaining the KSA Marketplace Business Performance with close monitoring and communication with account managers, resolution on all performance parameters and processes respective to channels (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Cartlow, etc.)
• Improving and maintaining the KSA Retail Business Performance with close monitoring and communication with account managers resolution on all performance parameters and processes respective to channels (Afaq, Noon Retail etc.)
• Maintaining and Updating Pricing in KSA Marketplace and Retail as per the Bottom Price and Net Profit demanded with the help of Pricing tool for each channel. (Every channel should have a pricing tool updated with listed products)
• Planning inventory and submit to purchase team for timely availability of inventory without stock out in warehouses including fulfilment centres.
• Maintaining and Updating Online Stock in KSA (Jeddah and Riyadh), and there by distribution to all marketplace and retail accounts based on the movement and trend.
• Ensuring the Supply of Stock to Fulfilment Centres of Channels as per the movement and trend without any delays.
• Ensuring the stock supplied to Fulfilment Centres are Inbounded and Resolve the issues if there are any mismatches happened.
• Maintain the Stock in Fulfilment Centres in cost effective way by periodic removals and RTV for aged goods more than 2 months.
• Processing of Orders in KSA Marketplace and Retail Orders on time.
• Ensuring the timely dispatch of orders processed with close communication with online KSA warehouse POC (Riyadh and Jeddah)
• Resolve the Service Cases from platforms in communication with KSA Service Team.
• Follow-up and Ensure the Returns on Marketplace & Retail accounts and if the returned orders are eligible for a claim, make sure we had received the claims.
• Planning and implementing product promotion in accordance with the demand and availability of the items.
• Make sure all the Orders dispatched from KSA warehouses for Online had a final status as Sold or Returned, if not returned ensure the claim on the same
• Preparing the Monthly Reports and Product Research Reports as per the Demands.
