Role Overview: 

We’re seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to strengthen our finance, compliance, and audit functions. You’ll be a key part of the core team ensuring RBI/NBFC regulatory adherence and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with RBI master directions for NBFCs, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS

Financial Reporting: Finalization of accounts, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and board MIS

Audit & Controls: Coordinate with internal/statutory/RBI auditors. Implement internal controls & SOPs

Treasury & ALM: Support fund planning, asset-liability management, and banking relationships

Loan Portfolio: Oversight of provisioning, NPA classification, and ECL as per IND-AS/RBI norms

Taxation: Tax planning, advance tax, assessments, and representation

Team Guidance: Mentor junior accounts staff and review their work
