A leading NBFC is requires: 

Job Title: Regional Manager (Karnataka Region)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Requires extensive travel across the state)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a senior leadership role within an NBFC.
Salary: Up to ₹10 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) + Allowances + Performance-linked Variable Pay.

Role Overview

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall P&L, business growth, and operational excellence of the Karnataka region. This includes managing a cluster of branches, driving loan disbursements (Micro LAP, Business Loans, or Gold Loans), and ensuring high portfolio quality through robust collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Define and execute regional strategies to achieve disbursement targets and expand market share across Karnataka.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Area Managers and Branch Heads to ensure peak performance and optimal staffing.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee collections and minimize NPAs by collaborating with risk and credit teams to maintain a healthy asset book.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all branches strictly adhere to RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and audit requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key regional partners, dealers, and local influencers to drive business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate
• Language: Must be fluent in Kannada (Native of Karnataka preferred) for effective regional communication.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in sales leadership, financial analysis, and delinquency management within the NBFC sector.
• Availability: Willingness to travel extensively within the region and attend the final interview in Thrissur, Kerala.
