Position: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Kochi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in accounts payable or payroll administration.

Industry Experience: Financial services background is highly preferred.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Strict confidentiality, precision, and strong communication.  

Salary: Competitive pay commensurate with industry standards.

Interview mode: Offline at Kochi

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Standard Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Flexibility: May extend up to 8:00 PM during peak payroll cycles.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join the Payroll Department of a leading financial services firm. You will manage payroll-related disbursements, statutory tax remittances, vendor payments, and internal financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll disbursements accurately for all corporate employees.
• Remit statutory deductions including taxes, pensions, and insurance.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities against general ledger accounts monthly.
• Audit third-party invoices from benefits vendors and brokers.
• Issue final settlements and severance payouts with accurate calculations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and payments.
• Verify banking details for direct deposits and wire transfers.
• Support tax filing periods by compiling necessary financial data
