B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Should have minimum 2-year experience in the product development/ Quality Control in Mixer Grinder/Electric Fans/Induction Cooktop/Airfryer

Job Responsibility: -

•  Should have minimum 2 year experience in the product development/ Quality Control in Mixer Grinder/Electric Fans/Induction Cooktop/Airfryer

•  Product Performance Sustainability, Continuous improvement and value engineering of products.

•  New product development execution

•  Complaint analysis and implementation of corrective actions

•  Vendor Evaluation & Vendor development

•  Product Availability, Product Costing, E BOM & S BOM Management

•  Product Change management, Product Batch Traceability and spare compatibility.

•  Supplier Claim management (FG, Spare)

•  Technical Product benchmarking, Product retirement planning

•  Service performance monitoring

•  Product standards & approvals

•  Product demonstration and training

•  Competitor benchmarking, Product ladder demonstration, Brand and product alignment, NPI management, Product planning, Technology Road map in each category, Technology bench marketing etc.

•  Research mentality, should travel to market, suppliers, attend Exhibitions etc

•  Communication skill in English & Hindi will be a added advantage.
