Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and client meetings
• Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
• Pitch company services and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Maintain follow-ups and client coordination
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and lead generation ability
• Knowledge of B2B sales and client handling
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / IT services preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools
