2 years, Prior experience in IT/ITES sales preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, portals, and networking
• Identify new business opportunities in IT & ITES sector
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
• Pitch software development, website development, SEO, digital marketing, and IT solutions
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and CRM tools
• Ability to handle domestic and international clients
• Good presentation and client-handling skills
