Job Purpose:
To drive category growth and profitability by executing business strategies, managing inventory, and leading product planning initiatives for the Non-Electronics Division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute category strategies in coordination with Category Head to achieve topline targets
• Track competitor activities and recommend timely interventions based on market dynamics
• Manage inventory and coordinate with factory for production planning and timely supply
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives including market research, benchmarking, and product launches
• Perform demand forecasting using S&OP plans, historical sales, and market trends to ensure optimal stock levels
• Design and implement sales schemes; track performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams to ensure effective product placement and promotion
• Conduct regular market visits to analyze trends and identify opportunities for category expansion Key
Key Accountabilities- KRA (Key Result Area)
▪ Achievement of category topline (revenue) targets
▪ Forecast accuracy (%) vs actual sales
▪ Inventory turnover ratio and stock availability (fill rate)
▪ Success rate of new product launches (sales vs target)
▪ Scheme effectiveness (uplift in sales during promo period)

• Drive category growth through effective planning and execution
