Interview mode: 1st level (Telephonic) and Final level face to face at Malappuram office.
Job Purpose:
To drive category performance across e-commerce channels by supporting topline growth, optimizing pricing, managing inventory, and ensuring effective product positioning and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support topline achievement for assigned category in coordination with E-commerce Sales team
• Track competitor pricing and analyze SKU-level Daily Run Rate to recommend timely interventions
• Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking across e-commerce platforms
• Conduct market research, competition benchmarking, and identify opportunities for New Product Development (NPD)
• Monitor marketing spends and evaluate ROI; initiate corrective actions to improve performance
• Coordinate with Marketing and E-commerce teams for product cataloging and new product launches
• Liaise with marketplace category teams to understand trends, demand patterns, and growth opportunities
• Ensure optimal product visibility and availability across platforms
Key Accountabilities- KRA (Key Result Area)
▪ Achievement of monthly/quarterly category topline (revenue) targets
▪ SKU-wise sales growth and Daily Run Rate (DRR) improvement
▪ Inventory turnover ratio and stock availability (in-stock %)
▪ ROI on marketing spends across e-commerce platforms
▪ Price competitiveness index vs key competitors
KPI- (Key Performance Indicators)
• Drive category growth by supporting e-commerce sales planning and execution
• Ensure effective pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Lead data analysis & insights generation for business decisions
• Coordinate NPD, cataloging, and product launches with cross-functional teams
• Build marketplace relationships and gather insights for category expansion
