Interview mode: 1st level (Telephonic) and Final level face to face at Malappuram office.
Position Overview –
1. Market study and Analyze the product placement / positioning and gather counter share of products through Sales Officer, Direct visits etc.
2. Introduce new products after the feasibility study, joint discussions, costing etc and ensure that the selling tools are equipped along with the launch . Study new markets / opportunities / feasibility and drive Sales team to expand.
3. Compare the products with competitors and evaluate
4. Analyzing product pricing
5. Analyzing the product features & taking corrective actions.
6. Analyzing the outlook, manual, gift box, art work, look & feel etc.
7. Explore different opportunities to orient consumers about products , showcase products in events , increase mkt visibility and facilitate Mktg & Sales in execution
8. Monitor weekly push volumes and ensure Sales team works calculative of their Annual plan PG wise
9. Analyze, Evaluate and Redesign the purchase plan.
10. Availability throughout Sales year at required quantity.
11. Maintain Stocks within required inventory levels.
12. Involve, Inspire Sales team to sell products based on scope of product. Conceptualize and bring out handouts, product flyers, PR news, Online sales, Product brochure, Category wise activities etc.
13. Evaluate Competitor price, identify gaps and devise Pricing and schemes for trade push.
14. Orientation program for each product launch
