Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Co-ordinator to manage customer relations, dealer escalations, and support the sales/service teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical ability, decision-making skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships with timely query resolution.

• Handle dealer escalations and ensure proper coordination for quick closure.

• Support sales and service teams with daily operations and service follow-ups.

• Track service calls, assign technicians, and ensure timely complaint closure.

• Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and update service logs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service processes.

• Analyze service data to identify issues and recommend improvements.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service handling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service/service coordination (preferred).

• Languages Required: English, Hindi, Malayalam.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Communication).

• Strong analytical and decision-making ability.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
