Position: Team Leader

Experience: 1 -3 year in experience as Team Leader in Electronics/Home Appliances
Salary Range: 30k to 35k/monthly + incentives & statutory benefits
Interview mode: 1st level (Telephonic) and Final level face to face at Malappuram office.
Job Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets of the key outlets in the assigned territory.
• Ensure in-shop visual merchandising that contributes to sales conversion at key dealer counters.
• Check stock availability at counters and maintain minimum levels of SKUs (Shelf Keeping Units).
• Ensure visibility of key accounts with properly displayed promotions and offers.
• Ensure all merchandise in assigned areas is correctly priced with appropriate labels and assist during price changes.
• Gather data on competitors and their products to understand the competitive landscape in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by counseling the sales team, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Implement trade promotions in collaboration with Marketing by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Be responsible for growing market share for company products in the region.
• Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Provide timely and accurate market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structures on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Follow any other advice/instructions and perform other related duties as may be required by the reporting officer/management from time to time.

2. Visibility & Display of all Impex Products in their assigned territory

4. Follow up for dead stock
5. Keep a proper track on Inventory Reports
6. Aging Product details
7. Customer products data regarding their fast-moving products
8. Inform ZM,ASM on timely basis in case of deviation from previous data/ plan
