Customer Support Payroll Advisor serves as a vital bridge
between clients and company’s payroll processes. You will be tasked with
troubleshooting complex payroll data and application issues, ensuring 100% SLA
compliance, and delivering seamless support across ticketing, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Act as a subject matter
expert to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll application and
software errors end-to-end.
- Multi-Channel Support: Deliver exceptional
customer service via tickets, live chat, and telephone.
- Defect Management: Identify system bugs,
raise DevOps records, and manage customer expectations while known
problems are fixed.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create knowledge base
articles and document solutions to help both internal teams and customers.
- Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with HR managers, finance teams, and internal
cross-functional departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of
experience in a multi-channel, English-speaking customer-facing or support
role.
- Payroll Knowledge: A background or fair
knowledge in Payroll is a significant advantage.
- Tech-Savviness: Strong aptitude for
analyzing software, SaaS platforms, and HCM solutions.
- Skills: Excellent written and
verbal English communication (often tested via a Common Communication
Test).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in
rotational 24/7 shifts,
