B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

5+ years of core on-site experience specifically in multi-story residential apartments or high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily structural and finishing works for high-rise apartment units.
• Ensure construction aligns exactly with structural drawings, blueprints, and architectural layouts.
• Set out, level, and survey sites using total stations and leveling instruments.
• Manage concrete pours, reinforcement bindings, and shuttering alignment checks.

Resource & Labor Management

• Direct and coordinate sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor crews.
• Optimize daily labor productivity to meet tight construction timelines.
• Track material inventories on-site to prevent delays or wastage.  

Quality Control & Safety

• Conduct structural quality checks and coordinate cube casting/testing procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols, ensuring workers use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify construction bottlenecks early and implement corrective engineering fixes.  

Reporting & Liaison

• Maintain accurate daily progress reports (DPR) for senior management.
• Collaborate with the project manager, quantity surveyors, and external consultants.
• Verify work measurements on-site to assist in subcontractor billing validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Mandatorily a Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of core on-site experience specifically in multi-story residential apartments or high-rise projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of reinforcement details, shuttering methods, finishing works, and Kerala Building Rules (KBR).
