Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to join a leading NBFC at the Head Office in Ernakulam. You will monitor live CCTV feeds across our branch network to prevent fraud, theft, and security breaches. This role ensures the safety of company assets, gold holdings, and premises during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Monitoring: Continuous surveillance of live CCTV feeds from various branches and the Head Office.
• Threat Detection: Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entries, or security protocol violations instantly.
• Incident Alerting: Escalate real-time security alerts to the management, local branch heads, or emergency services.
• System Health Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure all cameras, DVRs, and alarm systems function correctly.
• Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily logs of observations, system downtimes, and notable security incidents.
• Footage Review: Retrieve and analyze recorded footage for internal audits or fraud investigations when required.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all surveillance activities align with company policies and NBFC regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Any Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience: Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or risk operations.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge
• Alertness: High level of concentration to spot unusual behavior during long night shifts.
