Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee the execution of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor high-rise residential/commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and construction best practices
