Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 20 Years
Salary: Up to ₹1.25 Lakhs per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Head (Civil) to lead and manage large-scale high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project planning, execution, resource management, quality control, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring successful project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, government authorities, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, contracts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Manage project costs, procurement activities, contract administration, and resource optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.
• Prepare MIS reports and present project status, financial performance, and progress updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
• Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in leading high-rise building construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large project teams and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
