Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong IT background to lead the enhancement and implementation of our CRM and Management Dashboard. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users and the technical team, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, recommending system improvements, and ensuring successful implementation of CRM and dashboard solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.

Gather and document business requirements from various departments.

Coordinate the revamp and enhancement of the company's CRM and Management Dashboard.

Work closely with management, department heads, developers, and vendors to implement business requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Configure and validate CRM workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely implementation.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and SOPs.

Train end users on new system functionalities and provide post-implementation support.

Identify process gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for implementation, integrations, and system upgrades.

Ensure data integrity, report accuracy, and compliance with organizational processes.

Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
