For a leading BPO requires:

Position: Customer Care (UK Voice Process)

Location: Kochi

Vacancies: Multiple

Education: Graduation (any)

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Salary: Up to 25k/month

Only support, no sales. Cab facility within 5kms from office

UK shift 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Interview mode: Face to face at Kochi

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Key responsibilities:   

· Handling telephone & email enquiries from residents

· Resolving customer questions and billing queries over the phone/email from residents

· Managing residential debts across our utility schemes and negotiating repayment plans.

· Generating & issuing utility usage bills to residents as per our contractual arrangement with the   client.

· Setting up new customer accounts from new site activation and day to day tenancy 

· Changes – followed up with issuing Introduction letters, Welcome Packs & D/D mandates and billing.

· Processing of bank transfer payments onto customer accounts 

Key Skills and Competences:

·         Excellent telephone manner 

·         Experience handling telephone enquiries from clients

·         Experience in client account management 

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Able to resolve queries and disputes with clients and suppliers

·         Excellent   presentation and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
